Product Sales Terms


We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, slight variations in printed colors and appearance may occur due to printing processes and screen settings.
All products are subject to availability.

ORDERS

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

  • You will receive an order confirmation after placing your order.

  • A binding agreement is formed once your order has been shipped.
     

PRICING & PAYMENT

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is placed. Once an order is placed the pricing is final.
     

SHIPPING

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Any customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the customer’s responsibility.

  • If a package is returned due to incorrect address information, additional shipping charges may apply.
     

RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be processed after inspection of returned items.
     

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

We will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.
